The Torchys legacy began in Austin Texas in 2006 with an idea a dedicated executive chef and a food trailer to now operating restaurants nationwide.

Heres what we need:

Were looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchys recipes.

What youll be doing:

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchys recipes maintaining quality and consistency.
• Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

QUE-SOheres what youll need:

• 1-2 years of previous bartender experience.
• A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g. TABC TIPS ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
