Rabbit Books & Baris an all-day neighborhood gathering place where great books exceptional coffee thoughtfully selected wine craft beer and genuine hospitality come together. We believe that every guest should feel welcomed whether theyre stopping in for a morning espresso settling in with a new novel or meeting friends over a glass of wine.

Were looking for bartenders who love taking care of people just as much as they love making great drinks.

What Youll Do

• Create a warm welcoming experience for every guest.
• Prepare espresso drinks coffee beverages beer wine cocktails and seasonal specialty drinks with consistency and care.
• Provide friendly knowledgeable table service during evening service and attentive bar service throughout the day.
• Make thoughtful recommendations for drinks books and menu items.
• Keep the bar clean organized and fully stocked.
• Work closely with the bookseller and service teams to create a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all NYC food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Help maintain the inviting atmosphere that makes Rabbit Books & Bar feel like home.

Were Looking For Someone Who:

• Has at least 1 years of bartending experience (craft cocktail wine bar café or restaurant experience preferred).
• Has espresso experience or is excited to learn.
• Enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Thrives in a team-first environment.
• Is reliable professional and detail-oriented.
• Can multitask in a fast-paced setting while staying calm and positive.
• Is available to work evenings weekends and holidays.
