What Were Looking For:

An experienced beverage service professional focused on creating exceptional guest experiences expertly crafting signature cocktails and serving beverages with precision and flair. This role requires a blend of creativity strong customer engagement skills and meticulous attention to detail to maintain a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team the Bartender ensures a seamless enjoyable and memorable experience for every guest.

What Youll Do:

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails wine beer and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
  • Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes.
  • Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards.
  • Greet and engage guests with a friendly welcoming attitude and providing personalized service.
  • Take drink orders from guests and servers answering inquiries about menu options.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift ensuring that all equipment garnishes and supplies are ready for service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area including cleaning glassware surfaces and waste disposal.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels for beverages garnishes and supplies to avoid shortages.
  • Follow all safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations including verifying guest identification.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service practices.
  • Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Collaborate with servers barbacks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Assist with restocking supplies and supporting barback duties during busy periods.
  • Foster a positive team environment while delivering exceptional service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Includes:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required with bartending experience highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages cocktail recipes preparation techniques appropriate glassware and bar equipment including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service (TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required).
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking.
  • Physical ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
