Royal Kentuckian is seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender Manager to lead our bar team in Independence KY. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to manage bar operations efficiently.

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train bartenders and bar staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain inventory levels order supplies and manage costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health safety and licensing regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to plan events and special occasions.

• Proven experience as a bar manager or bartender manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of drink recipes bar equipment and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.
