Job SummaryJoin our professional Food and Beverage Team serving guests in our restaurant outlets!The restaurant bartender is responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurants standard drink and serve food orders to guests seated at the bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters sinks utensils shelves and storage drink menus make recommendations and answer questions regarding that opening checklist is completed and that the restaurant is prepared for closing -sell drink specials and food items as directed by drink orders accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks & appetizers for bar and reset tables in bar all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and all side-work duties as SpecificationsCompetencies:TIPS/TAMS certification working knowledge of beer wine and liquor and common drink and concise verbal communication and meets professional conduct and adherence to company Core :High School or EquivalentPhysical & Other Requirements:While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to taste or employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust weekends and holidays are a regular part of the have excellent attendance and conduct record for -smoking candidates preferred.
