SALARY:$18.00/hr tips

SCHEDULE: Part-Time 3 days of availability (including nights and weekends) required

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Bartenderperformsdaily bar operationsandmaintainsestablishedoperating proceduresto providethe highest level ofcustomerserviceswhile creating a positive multitask and manage a fast-pacedwork flowwhile taking orders and preparing classic and innovative continue to engage with guests to ensuretheyrehappy with their position worksunder the direction of the Tasting RoomAssistant GeneralManager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently deliverexcellent customer service by taking orders preparing them efficiently and building a rapport with clientele.
• Create authentic custom guest experiences througha high levelof attention to detail and service.
• Enter orders to POS systemcorrectlyand process payments.
• Handle card and cash transactions ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer areaccurateandaccounted foratthe end of the shift.
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levelsrespondappropriatelyand alert management.
• Identifycustomerissues and work with management when needed toresolve promptlywhilemaintaininga safeand positiveenvironment.
• Unpack deliveries and stockbar. Change beer kegs.
• Maintaina high levelof cleanliness and organization in the bar service stations storage areas prep stations and all otherwork stationsassigned.
• Support the bar team by juicing stocking prepping rotating kegsproductsand flatware when needed.
• Display genuineenthusiasm for the brandproductsand company mission.
• Offerknowledgeable recommendationsbased oncustomer questions andassessment ofcustomer needs and preferences.
• Check customer identification in compliance with law and Tasting Room standards.
• Performall openingandclosingtasksare completeddaily.
• Manage multiple tasksincluding fulfilling the dutiesas a busser foodrunnerand server.
• Embraces and fulfills the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits.

• Musthave reliable transportation and be punctual.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years working in the food service industryrequired.
• Twoor moreyears ofcocktail-heavybartendingexperiencepreferred.
• Must obtain food handlers certificate and RABS(within first30 daysof employment).
