Job Summary
Wohali Golf Course located in Coalville UT is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Stocks bar mixes and serves alcoholic beverages assists in cost control and maintains inventory records.
- Assists department leaders with the creation of seasonal cocktails and the development of the menu.
- Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
- Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management.
- Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
- Performs opening and closing duties which include but are not limited to inventory cash control cleaning and restocking.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes the Point-of-Sale System.
- Reviews banquet schedule for changes special events and calendar updates.
- Serves catered parties from service or portable bars.
- On occasion will serve meals to guests.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Knowledge of wine spirits beer and current trends in the industry and marketplace
- Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to company values
- Exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organization to Troon employees clients and vendors
- Fluent in spoken written and comprehended English
- Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
