Do you love creating memorable guest experiences crafting incredible cocktails and bringing great energy to every shift If youre passionate about hospitality and enjoy working alongside an amazing team wed love to have you behind the bar at Via 313!Whether youre mixing cocktails recommending a local beer or chatting with guests across the bar youll play a huge role in creating the atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Job Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant environment
• At least 1 year of craft cocktail experience
• Knowledge of beer wine spirits and classic cocktails
• Friendly outgoing and guest-focused personality
• Responsible reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Valid TABC Certification

Compensation

Starting Pay:$2.13/hr(plus tips!)

Complete our Bar Training Program and increase your base pay to up to $5/hour (plus tips)!

(Average hourly earnings with tips vary by location.)

Keep the bar stocked organized and ready for service

Build relationships with regular guests and create memorable experiences

Work closely with your team to keep service running smoothly

Maintain a clean organized and inviting bar

Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
