Bartender

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a friendly service-oriented Bartender Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service while preparing beverages and supporting meal service in a senior living environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages safely and professionally
• Take drink and food orders while providing excellent customer service
• Assist residents during meal service and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar dining and service areas
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system
• Support meal preparation service and dining room setup as needed
• Follow food safety inventory storage and sanitation procedures
• Help create a warm welcoming dining experience that promotes resident satisfaction

• Bartending or food service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of spirits wine beer and standard drink preparation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional dependable and team-oriented mindset
• Bartender certification and SERVSafe certification preferred (where applicable)
• Ability to build rapport with residents families and guests
