Chicago Marriott Northwest is seeking an energetic customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Bar Louie. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and has experience working in a full-service restaurant hotel or upscale bar environment.

• Prepare and serve cocktails beer wine and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a friendly professional and engaging manner.

• Recommend beverages and food pairings while promoting menu specials.

• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar.

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service regulations.

• Assist with inventory control stocking and bar setup/closing procedures.

• Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

• 12 years of bartending experience (hotel or full-service restaurant preferred).

• Knowledge of cocktails beer wine and responsible alcohol service.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic POS and cash-handling experience.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
