Position: Barista

Location: Warren NJ

Schedule:M - Th 7:30 am - 5 pm

Hours:Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00- $21.00/hr

Pay Frequency: Weekly Direct Deposit

Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for assisting customers during the check-out process managing cash and credit payments as well as educating customers while selling and grinding coffee and preparing and serving a variety of addition the Barista will be responsible for replenishing snacks and coolers and keeping the area clean.

*Prior Barista experience preferred*

Essential Functions and Key Tasks:

• Provide excellent customer service to include being attentive approachable greeting and thanking customers

• Operation of point of sale system; Receive payment by cash check credit cards vouchers or automatic debits

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee espresso drinks blended coffees or teas

• Replenish snacks and stock coolers as needed

• Maintain clean and orderly checkout and coffee kiosk areas and complete other general cleaning duties

• Assist customers by providing information

• Work with and take direction from the Chef Manager

Barista Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous cash handling experience

• Previous experience in food service/Barista environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Team Player

• Must be dependable
