As a Barista youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality beverages serving fresh food and creating positive customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and serve coffee espresso drinks and other beverages to company standards
Provide friendly engaging and efficient customer service
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked workspace
Accurately take orders and handle cash or POS transactions
Support team operations to ensure smooth and timely service
Stay knowledgeable on menu items and provide recommendations to guests
