The Culinary Services Team atGivens-Aldersgate a nonprofit continuing care retirement community is hiring 1 PRN Barista. Weekend availability is required. This is a meaningful and vital position where you positively impact the lives of our residents visitors and fellow team members every day.

Schedule:

• Weekends: 7am 3 pm

What youll do:

• Organize and set up dining areas for service
• Provides and explains menus to residents including answering questions regarding nutritional and dietary information.
• Take orders serve food and beverages to residents.
• Provide excellent meal service to residents and their guests
• Assists residents as needed in the dining area i.e. carrying trays to table refilling drinks etc.
• Prepare coffee beverages smoothies quickly prepared food items and grab and go snacks.
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks on an as-needed basis requested by an authorized supervisor

Experience is not required. Weâmake this job fun and a team effort when serving our high-quality food to residents and guests. If its your first job or youre a seasoned pro well happily show you the ropes in a supportive and inclusive environment. Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
