Job Summary
Responsibilities:Maintain and update key databases (customers fleets barges vessels etc.)Track and document charter vessel status including on/off charter and costs in operating system as needed for fleets wash docks and accuracy of data entered into Open Top Hopper various river segments and geographical knowledge of marine areas serviced and related towing requirements. Maintain knowledge and understanding of covered and open hopper freight values and pricing impact. Communicate with Logistics Managers/Dispatchers about fleets and and coordinate with marine service data research to support Leadership and Logistics :Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to manage and prioritize with Excel and pivot tables required along with strong skills and proficiency in other Microsoft -motivated and eager to of marine industry degree preferred.
