As a Barback youll play a key role in keeping our bars running smoothly by stocking supplies preparing garnishes changing kegs and supporting our bartenders so they can deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Every shift brings something new! Youll:

• Keep bars fully stocked with glassware beverages ice and supplies.
• Change beer kegs and restock refrigerators.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for cocktails.
• Wash glassware and maintain a clean organized bar.
• Assist bartenders during busy service periods.
• Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bar.
• Receive and organize weekly liquor deliveries.
• Work with a fun fast-paced team dedicated to outstanding guest service.

• Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Enjoys being active and staying on the move.
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Provides friendly professional service to guests and coworkers alike.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Washington State Food Handler Card.
• Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit.
• Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License issued by the Port Gamble SKlallam Gaming Commission.
