Barback

Craguns Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for an energetic and reliable Barback to join our team! If youre ready to have fun while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests this is the place for you!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Restock beer liquor wine mixers garnishes ice glassware and supplies throughout shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas coolers storage rooms and service stations
• Remove empty bottles trash and used glassware promptly
• Wash and polish glassware and bar equipment as needed
• Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties
• Refill ice bins and monitor inventory levels during service
• Support bartenders in delivering fast and friendly guest service
• Follow all food safety sanitation and alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events banquets or special functions
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers

• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds and more
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service as required by state law
• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older
