Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Responsible for the breaking down and cleaning of bar outlets; cleans reach-ins beer and keg coolers elevators and wine containers.
• Cleans service stations including drains counters guns ice bins boots speed racks EDis and syrup containers.
• Checks and maintains the required bar stock; maintains cleanliness and order in assigned station.
• Responsible for removing trash and disposing of all boxes.
• Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures; maintains stockroom cleanliness.
• Assists bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests and during busy times icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks.
• Cleans glass washer and drains; maintains equipment (e.g. blenders mixers etc.).
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
