New Orleans doesnt do average and neither should your bar program. Our client runs a high-volume family-friendly sports restaurant and bar where the taps flow the screens are packed and the bar is the heartbeat of the room.

They need a Bar Manager who can run a tight bar keep the energy up and make every guest want one more round.

• Run the full bar operation including inventory ordering pour cost and liquor controls
  
• Hire train and coach a bartending team thats fast friendly and responsible
  
• Build drink features and promotions that drive sales on busy nights and slow ones
  
• Keep the bar spotless compliant and ready for a rush at any moment
  
• Partner with the GM on beverage sales guest experience and team development
  

What Makes You a Fit

• 2 years of bar management or lead bartending in a high-volume setting
  
• A strong handle on pour cost inventory and beverage P&L
  
• Alcohol and responsible-service certifications or the ability to get them
  
• A leader whos calm under pressure and great with people
  
• Available nights weekends and big-event days
