Banquet Servers On-Call

Completes all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion according to Banquet Event Order.  Observes diners to respond to additional requests and to determine when meal is completed. 

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount
• Must adhere to Blue Chip Policies and Procedures at all times
• Serves all guests according to established standards of quality
• Completes all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion according to Banquet Event Order
• Adheres to food and beverage policies and procedures and state liquor laws
• Relays all guest compliment/complaints to appropriate supervisor
• Observes diners and responds to additional requests and to determine when meal is completed
• Demonstrates a courteous friendly congenial polite professional and efficient attitude
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
• Maintains a clean safe hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
• Performs all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications :

• Must speak understand English
• Communicate (hear speak read and legibly write in English) with and promote positive co-worker and guest interactions maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees departments and guests
• Shift assignments may be irregular and will cover days nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle all types of guest related situations
• Ability to sit walk stand bend lift reach pull push kneel squat and grasp
• Prior experience in banquet serving or group food handling preferred
• Personable customer service attitude with organizational ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Must present a professional well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to obtain an ABC liquor permit
• Responsible for keeping all licenses and permits current
