Banquet Server

Responsible for serving meals and beverages to patrons in a prompt correct and courteous fashion.

• Demonstrate sanitary food handling and equipment safety properly store and label food items maintain standards of sanitation and food handling basedon CountyState and Federal regulations.

• Maintainclean/neatwork area. Set up banquet area and help set tables and prepare room for guests.

• Assure exceptionalcustomerservicetoallpatronsbycommunicatinginapleasantfriendlyandprofessionalmanneratall times.

• Foster a fun environment.

• Be gracious to all guests and co-workers.

• Note this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.

• Working on aHigh school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

• Previous serving experience required. Excellent customer service/communication skills are essential.

• Available to work required schedule as directed by department management.

• Must have neat and clean appearance and be out-going.

• Minors Can Work but Not undertheageof21mayworkinaseller/serverestablishmentbuttheymaynothandleorservealcoholthemselves to the customers. Staffthat is atleast 19 yearsold are authorizedto act as cashiers or ring uptransactions involving alcohol but they still maynot serve it until they are of legal age. When minors are on staff an employee at least 21 years old must always be present to supervise and act responsible for the minor.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Maintainphysicalstaminaandpropermentalattitudeandtheability to deal effectively with guests management employees and outside contacts. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
