About the Hotel
A boutique full-service hotel with a signature restaurant and an active events business.
The Role
Lead the banquet kitchen through a busy events calendar setting the standard for a strong team of cooks and chefs training them up and bringing creativity to every menu while managing food and labor costs.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years minimum as a banquet cook or banquet chef
- High-volume banquet experience
- Proven leader and trainer with a creative approach to menus and presentation
- Working knowledge of COGS for food and labor
- Preferred: hotel banquet experience major brand experience boutique hotel or high-end event experience
- Experience with allergen-conscious and dietary-specific menus strongly preferred
