Banquet Captain

The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. Banquet Captain will supervise banquet staff and serve as the lead server to ensure exceptional guest service at all hotel events.

Banquet Captain will attend BEO meetings and work closely with Sales for updates and modifications. Banquets Captains will be assistant with inventory orders and linen and napkins. Supervise banquet houseman ensure events are setup correctly and dance floors. Make sure events run smoothly and post checks at the end of every event.

The hourly pay range for this position is $11 to $15.
