Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Work with the Banquet and/or Catering Directors to manage organize and monitor banquet events
Coordinate and oversee physical setup requirements and execution
Requisition and maintain control over inventories of china glassware silverware equipment and uniforms
Interact and coordinate details with other departments
Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing hiring scheduling training coaching evaluating promoting counseling and discharging
