Banquet Bartender

Were seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Bartenders to help deliver exceptional dining experiences at weddings private events and large-scale gatherings. As a key part of our events team youll work closely with event coordinators and hosts to ensure every detail runs smoothly-from setup to final service-while providing warm attentive hospitality and prompt solutions to any questions or concerns.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Accept guest payment process credit card charges and make change if necessary.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Equip bar with clean and sterilized glasses utensils and bar equipment.
• Balance cash receipts.
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately enter into the register system.
• Stock bar with beer wine liquor and related supplies such as ice glassware napkins or straws.
• Clean bars work areas and tables.
• Mix ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.

• Friendly professional and committed to creating a positive guest experience.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including nights weekends and holidays based on event scheduling.
• Ability to maintain high standards in event setup food presentation and service quality.
• Quick thinker who can handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
• Clear and confident in conveying information to team members and guests including menu details and service expectations.
• Comfortable working long shifts on your feet in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
