This company is expanding its presence in Atlanta and is looking to enhance its Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring team to support a growing portfolio of creditor-side Chapter 11 cases distressed M&A and negotiations. With a strong focus on client-centric solutions this firm is committed to delivering exceptional results in complex financial scenarios.

• Draft and support pleadings motions objections and related filings in Chapter 11 matters.
• Analyze creditor rights liens priority adequate protection and plan treatment.
• Facilitate negotiations in workouts forbearances amendments and restructuring term sheets.
• Collaborate with finance teams on credit document interpretation and secured creditor strategy.
• Assist with contested matters discovery and related restructuring litigation.
• Provide client-ready updates timelines and strategy memos to stakeholders.

• JD and active bar membership required.
• 26 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience with flexibility based on the strength of representations.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to manage rapid deadlines effectively.
• Proven experience in creditor-side representation and restructuring negotiations.

• Familiarity with distressed M&A processes and related litigation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across finance and corporate teams.
