The Atlanta office is seeking an associate to join the Banking & Finance team. Preferred candidates should have 2-6 years experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions including acquisition financings cross-border financings and syndicated credit addition candidates should possess strong academics excellent writing capabilities and willingness to work in a fast paced environment. Must Have J.D. Transcript and writing sample.
