2 years of banking finance leveraged finance or commercial lending experience

Experience representing lenders borrowers financial institutions or private equity sponsors

Experience with syndicated lending acquisition financings asset-based lending cash flow facilities or secured transactions

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Experience managing sophisticated financing transactions

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted

AmLaw regional and boutique firms

Sophisticated lender and borrower representations
