Experience representing lenders borrowers private equity sponsors financial institutions investment funds or corporate borrowers

Experience with leveraged finance acquisition financings asset-based lending syndicated lending fund finance real estate finance or other complex financing transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements loan documents security agreements intercreditor agreements and related financing documents

Ability to manage transactions and assume significant drafting negotiation and deal management responsibilities

Strong drafting analytical and communication skills

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted

Compensation ranging from $225000$500000

Sophisticated lender-side and borrower-side finance transactions

Exposure to leveraged finance private credit and structured finance matters
