These opportunities offer the ability to work on sophisticated financing transactions representing financial institutions private credit funds lenders sponsors and corporate borrowers within highly regarded national finance practices.

Syndicated lending transactions
Acquisition finance matters
Secured lending and leveraged finance work
Asset-based and cash flow lending transactions
Private credit and sponsor-side finance matters
Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility
Collaboration with sophisticated national finance teams

Approximately 37 years of banking & finance experience
Experience with syndicated lending acquisition finance private credit leveraged finance or secured transactions preferred
Large law firm or sophisticated finance platform experience strongly preferred
Strong drafting and analytical skills
North Carolina bar admission preferred or ability to waive in

Sophisticated national finance platforms with strong deal flow
Charlotte-based practices with national reach
Hybrid flexibility at many firms
Clear long-term growth potential
Opportunities ranging from elite lender-side practices to more lifestyle-focused platforms

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $240000 $390000 depending on class year experience and overall background.
