Bakery Manager

The Bakery Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bakery Department including sales growth product quality production planning merchandising inventory management food safety customer service and associate development. This role ensures the department operates efficiently meets financial objectives and consistently delivers high-quality bakery products and exceptional customer service.

• Recruit train coach and develop bakery associates.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct associate evaluations.
