- Position: General Backend Developer
- Focus on general backend tech stacks with less emphasis on streaming data pipelines
Experience with one of:
Experience building and integrating with external APIs
Relational DB backends (Django or similar)
Experience building ETL and data pipelines
Experience with building distributed systems and backends
Experience with AWS terraform EKS and cloud systems
High-trajectory individual contributor with strong growth mindset. Thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments independently
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in backend software development
- Experience with any backend technology; startup experience preferred but not required
- Startup environment with a focus on flexibility and early-career talent
- Recently hired a tech lead for data infrastructure shifting focus to general backend roles
- Hiring for 1-2 positions
Ideal Candidate Profile - Background in fast-growing startups or high-growth environments
- Preference for candidates from dynamic tech companies like Meta over Google
Required Skills:
