Job Summary

Job Title: BA with HR Data & Metadata Management

Location: Wilmington DE OR Jersey City NJ (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • HR data classification with sensitivity tagging (PII confidential) aligned to GDPR CCPA SOX
  • Metadata definition and data dictionary management across HR domains (employee compensation benefits performance)
  • Data catalog ownership and maintenance (Collibra Alation or similar)
  • Data quality rule definition monitoring and issue resolution


Skills:

  • 5 years in BA / data governance or metadata management
  • Hands-on with an enterprise data catalog tool
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM)
  • SQL proficiency for data profiling and validation
  • Familiarity with financial services data regulations
