This recruitment will be used to fill one part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) BA 213 Student Teaching Assistant for the College of Business at Oregon State University (OSU).

This is a Teaching Assistant position for all BA 213 courses for the academic year.

Pay rate for this position is $16.55 per hour.

Position Duties:

The successful candidate is expected to:

• Understand the course material be flexible and have good listening skills with the ability to assist students in the learning of course materials
• Assist in grading (e.g. assignments quizzes exams)
• Assist in grade entry
• Help with Canvas management
• Provide tutoring and/or host office hours
• Assist with exam proctoring

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must have successfully completed BA 213 at Oregon State University with a B or better.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference is for students who have successfully completed the Intermediate Accounting Series (ACTG 317/318/319) with a B or better.
