SunSoft Online is hiring a Cloud Systems Administrator for a state agencys IT division in Phoenix. This is a contract-to-hire role converting to permanent state employment contract through June 2027 then FTE conversion. Hybrid schedule after the first 2-3 months onsite (downtown Phoenix 85007).

Required: experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Tier 2 desktop support experience DNS administration.

Preferred: Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) Azure monitoring (Workspace Analytics).

The work: managing the agencys Azure environment (compute storage networking security); administering DNS Domain Controllers and Azure Active Directory including Hybrid Join and AAD Connect; maintaining Azure IaaS PaaS and SaaS services including SQL databases and Web App service plans; endpoint security and device compliance via Intune and MDM; Tier 2 desktop support with knowledge-base documentation for the Tier 1 service desk; certificate lifecycle management; and vulnerability remediation.
