Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The Lions Pause Student Reservations Organizer oversees space reservations for events in the Pause serving as a connection point between event organizers venue staff and Pause Techs. The Lions Pause Student Reservations Organizer ensures that information is communicated in a timely and efficient manner between all parties when preparing for events in the Pause.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the Pause Executive Committee and attend all required meetings.

• Enforce Pause Scheduling Policy through the booking of event requests.

• Lead and organize the weekly Pause scheduling meeting.

• Act as the main liaison between the Lions Pause and event contacts.

• Monitor and analyze Pause operational data monitoring organization charges.

• Approve/create events in Presence 25Live and Pause Google calendar with relevant info for Managers.

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

• Experience working within the Pause or equivalent experience is preferred.
