Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): Lions Pause Student Financial Organizer is responsible for overseeing the Lions Pause financial operations including supervision of volunteer financial assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the Pause Executive Committee and attend all required meetings.

• Ensure that cash revenue flows smoothly and transparently through the Pause to the Business Office.

• Exercise clear communication transparency and sound judgment.

• At the discretion of the Financial Organizer select train and supervise two to three volunteer assistants.

• Create Micros reporting and analytics including itemized summary of expenses and revenues in kitchen sales figures and profit cost analysis for each item and projections once a semester.

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

• Experience working within the Pause and/or cash handling is preferred.
