Job Description/ Requirement:
- 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on AWS Cloud Platform Engineering and Administration.
- 35 years of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
- Strong experience with AWS services including EC2 VPC IAM S3 Lambda EKS CloudWatch CloudTrail Direct Connect ELB Security Groups NACLs and Networking.
- Hands-on production experience with AWS implementations.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK.
- Strong automation skills using Python (Boto3) Ansible and Linux Bash scripting.
- Experience with Kubernetes Amazon EKS Docker and containerized environments.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Bitbucket Git Artifactory and related DevOps tools.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud-native architecture microservices and platform engineering.
- Experience with Linux system administration.
- Understanding of cloud security governance monitoring and observability.
- Experience with enterprise cloud migration and modernization projects.
- Exposure to AI/ML services such as Amazon Bedrock Kendra and RAG models is a plus.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least one AWS Certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent) is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Python Java Go or Groovy programming.
- Experience with Service Mesh (Istio/App Mesh) container security tools and monitoring platforms such as Datadog New Relic AppDynamics or Jaeger.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Cloud and DevOps certifications preferred.
