Responsibilities:

Platform Development & Integration:

1. Design develop and maintain file-based integration services using AWS Transfer Family supporting SFTP FTPS FTP and AS2 protocols.
2. Develop and deploy AWS Lambda functions using Python for workflow automation and file processing.
3. Configure and manage AWS services including EC2 IAM roles/policies Security Groups Load Balancers Route53 and SNS.
4. Build self-service integration capabilities using native AWS services.
5. Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Architecture & Standards:

1. Establish and maintain integration architecture guidelines principles and best practices for cloud migration initiatives.
2. Lead technical discussions across product teams to ensure consistent implementation patterns.
3. Design high-availability load-balanced solutions with automated failover capabilities.
4. Ensure solutions comply with Bank security policies and risk management requirements.

Operations & Support:

1. Provide end-to-end support for integration solutions. including design development testing deployment and production support
2. Develop custom monitoring and alerting solutions using CloudWatch Grafana and other monitoring platforms.
3. Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 production support.
4. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and incidents; implement preventive measures.
5. Maintain comprehensive documentation and runbooks.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Participate in code reviews and follow team development best practices using version control systems (Git).
3. Identify and address technical debt while balancing feature delivery.
4. Escalate risk-based decisions appropriately through established channels.

Qualifications:

Required:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related technical field.
2. 2 years of software development or Systems Integration experience.
3. 2 years of enterprise file transfer experience (any platform/technology).
4. 2 years designing and implementing file-based integration services using AWS Transfer Family (SFTP FTPS) Lambda/Python and SNS.
5. 1 year Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD.
6. Working knowledge of security protocols (TLS/SSL SSH OAuth).
7. Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana CloudWatch or similar).
8. Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
10. Availability for on-call rotation support.

Preferred:

1. 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise file transfer platforms (IBM Sterling File Gateway Axway or similar).
2. 2 years experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) in hybrid environments (On-Premises and AWS EC2).
3. Experience with IBM Secure Proxy Axway Secure Transport Connect:Direct or Sterling Control Center.
4. Knowledge of banking/financial industry regulations and compliance requirements (PCI-DSS SOX data privacy).
5. Familiarity with Dynatrace APM or similar application performance monitoring tools.
6. AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Developer or Security Specialty).
7. Experience in mission-driven or regulated environments.
