Job Summary:

• We are seeking a / AWS Engineer to join our team in the McKinney Texas area. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in AWS cloud services development along with solid integration experience.
• Experience in the Life Insurance domain and familiarity with Resonant are highly desirable. This role requires a technically strong professional with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and support scalable applications technologies.
• Architect and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Lead and contribute to system integration efforts across platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Provide technical leadership mentorship and best practices guidance to team members.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
• Ensure high standards of code quality performance security and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise technologies.
• 5 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions in AWS (EC2 S3 Lambda RDS API Gateway etc.).
• Proven experience with application and system integrations (APIs REST services messaging etc.).
• Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and cloud-native solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Life Insurance domain.
• Experience in modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
