Job Summary
Position : AWS Cloud Support engineer
Location- Phoenix AZ -Hybrid
Contract- Long-term
W2 opportunity
Visa- Any Except OPT & H1B
Must Have:
- Strong Cloud support experience- Suppoting public cloud an leading calls to completions
- Strong AWS background- This will take the most time of their day now.
- EKS Networking EKS Clusters Kubernetes
- Exposure to other environments like AZURE and GCP
- Undertands databases
- Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday shift 1 month out of 3 months. They will be flexible with the additional day off.
Nice to Have:
- AI Automation experience
- Oracle cloud support
Job Description:
- Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP services including EC2 S3 VPC IAM Lambda ECS or EKS RDS or DynamoDB API Gateway EventBridge and CloudWatch BigTable BigQuery Vertex AI Gemini Assist
- Experience supporting production environments incident management change management and root-cause analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IAM roles and policies least-privilege access security groups and network controls.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch Splunk Dynatrace or comparable platforms.
- Working knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation and scripting with Python Bash or AWS CLI.
- Understanding of hybrid networking including VPC routing Transit Gateway Direct Connect DNS and network troubleshooting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to varied audiences.
