Tuknik Government Servicesa Koniag Government Services company is seeking an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer RPA Operations with a Secret security clearance to support TGS and our government customer. This role serves as the technical expert for all AWS-related services utilized by RPA customers ensuring secure scalable and highly available virtual infrastructure for automation position requires deep expertise in AWS services virtualization technologies security management and container orchestration. The ideal candidate will manage complex cloud environments including virtual machines AWS Workspaces Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and certificate management systems while maintaining strict security protocols for Non-Person Entity (NPE) credentials and unattended automation infrastructure. This role combines cloud architecture systems administration security management and DevOps practices with specialization in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Kubernetes engineer will work closely with RPA development teams security personnel and end-users to ensure optimal performance security and accessibility of cloud resources that enable enterprise-wide automation Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:AWS Infrastructure Management & Administration:Design deploy and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure supporting RPA/UiPath customer operationsCreate and manage virtual machines (EC2 instances) optimized for unattended automation workloadsConfigure and maintain AWS Workspaces for RPA developers and automation operatorsImplement and manage AWS services including but not limited to: EC2 VPC S3 IAM CloudWatch CloudFormation Systems Manager and CloudTrailMonitor cloud resource utilization performance metrics and costs; optimize infrastructure for efficiencyImplement and maintain backup disaster recovery and business continuity solutions for RPA infrastructureManage cloud networking configurations including VPCs subnets security groups routing tables and network ACLsEnsure high availability and fault tolerance of critical RPA infrastructure componentsPlan and execute infrastructure scaling activities to meet growing automation demandsPerform system maintenance patching and updates across cloud environmentsSecurity & Certificate Management:Manage AWS Hardware Security Module (HSM) or similar infrastructure for secure operationsImplement and maintain digital certificate lifecycle management for RPA operationsConfigure and manage Non-Person Entity (NPE) credentials for unattended automation processesEstablish secure credential storage rotation and access procedures using AWS HSM or similar and Secrets ManagerImplement and enforce security best practices for cloud infrastructure and automation workloadsManage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies roles and permissions for RPA servicesConfigure and monitor security controls including encryption at rest and in transitConduct security assessments and implement remediation measures for identified vulnerabilitiesMaintain compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies and federal security standardsManage PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) components and certificate authorities for automation environmentsCoordinate with security teams on audits compliance requirements and security incidentsSystems Management & Configuration:Administer System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for endpoint management and software distributionDeploy and manage applications updates and configurations across virtual infrastructure using SCCMMaintain SCCM infrastructure including site servers distribution points and management pointsCreate and maintain SCCM task sequences packages and deployment collectionsMonitor system compliance and remediate configuration driftIntegrate SCCM with cloud services for hybrid environment managementTroubleshoot SCCM-related issues and optimize performanceContainer Orchestration & Kubernetes Management:Design deploy and manage Kubernetes clustersConfigure and maintain Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) or equivalent container platformsDevelop and manage container images pods services and deployments Implement container security best practices and vulnerability scanningMonitor cluster health resource utilization and application performanceTroubleshoot container and orchestration issuesImplement CI/CD pipelines for container deploymentsUser Support & Documentation:Provide technical support to RPA customers for AWS infrastructure access and usage issuesTroubleshoot and resolve virtual infrastructure problems including connectivity performance and configuration issuesCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for AWS infrastructure procedures and configurationsDocument step-by-step procedures for NPE credential acquisition and setup in AWS environmentsDevelop user guides for accessing and utilizing AWS Workspaces and virtual machinesMaintain runbooks for common administrative tasks and troubleshooting scenariosConduct knowledge transfer sessions with team members and end-usersRespond to user inquiries regarding cloud infrastructure capabilities and limitationsRequired Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or related technical field;
