Overnight Residential Instructor

$18.50/hour.

A Day in the Life of a Residential Instructor:

As an overnight residential instructor you would be tasked with the well-being and care of the residents starting at night into the morning. You would check on the residents as needed and as their plan dictates and address anything that might come up during your shift. You would also attend to household tasks during the night while the residents are the morning you would help get the residents ready to start their day may need to assist with personal care preparing breakfast and transportation to their program when needed.

Our overnight staff work in tandem with both the morning and evening shifts to ensure consistency and that our residents are safe secure and happy in their homes.

Qualifications for the Job:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • A valid drivers license and 1 year of driving experience
  • Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
  • Positivity and a team-player attitude

Schedule:

Our awake overnight shifts typically start around 11pm until 9am the next morning anywhere from 3 to 4 days a week including every other weekend.
