Job Description Summary
The AVP Finance FP&A is a financial partner within the Wintrust Wealth Management accounting and finance organization that is charged with assisting the CFO in providing financial perspective to operational aspects of the business. This role will work closely with business line leaders to provide: financial modeling operating analytics and financial outputs.
What Youll Do
Establish monitor and report on business line Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to WWM leadership as well as corporate stakeholders.
Streamline and manage internal modeling for financial advisor recruitment incentive compensation and acquisitions through productive partnership with relevant parties.
Own budgeting and forecasting exercises in partnership with the CFO inclusive of creating baseline assumptions working with business line leaders on inputs and delivering related operating and financial metrics.
Internal consultant for business initiatives including report automation technology improvements process redesign and platform product & channel analysis
Qualifications
5-7 Years of related experience
Bachelors degree required; Finance major preferred
Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $90000-$120000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
