Avionics Installer / Future Manager

excellence. Were expanding our avionics capabilities and seeking an experienced Avionics Installer ready to
take ownership of complex Garmin installations and grow into an Avionics Manager role.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and execute full-scope avionics installations for piston turboprop and light jet aircraft.
- Specialize in Garmin systems (GTN GFC 500/600 G3X TXi etc.).
- Handle projects from planning through installation testing and FAA compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex avionics and electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate logbooks documentation and quality records.
- Mentor junior technicians and streamline shop efficiency.
- Advance toward a management role overseeing projects team performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in general aviation avionics installation.
- Deep familiarity with Garmin avionics systems and integration.
- Ability to interpret schematics STCs and FAA documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and project leadership skills.
- A&P license or avionics certification preferred.
