We are seeking an experienced AVEVA System Platform Specialist with 6-10 years of hands-on experience to support our clients industrial automation and control systems environment.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AVEVA/Wonderware technologies with a focus on System Platform 2023R2SP1 implementation migration strategies and integration with OEM systems.
This role requires strong technical skills in industrial software platforms PLC integration and the ability to work independently during critical system cutovers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform system assessments and requirements analysis for AVEVA System Platform 2023R2SP1 implementation
Install and configure AVEVA System Platform components including System Platform Operations and Integration InTouch and Historian
Develop and execute migration strategies from legacy systems (AVEVA System Platform 2014 R2) to newer versions
Establish and maintain integration touchpoints with external OEM OPC providers
Troubleshoot IO connectivity issues within the System Platform ecosystem
Execute system cutovers within the clients change management framework
Work independently during non-standard business hours for critical system implementations and troubleshooting
Operate within privileged access environments (PAM) following security protocols
Mandatory Skills:
AVEVA System Platform (ArchestrA IDE)
InTouch HMI implementation and configuration
AVEVA Historian & Historian Client
OPC/OPC UA communication protocols
PLC Integration (Rockwell/Siemens/Mitsubishi)
SQL Server database management
Windows Server administration
