Were seeking a skilled AV System Engineer to provide hands-on support for conference room systems including Microsoft Teams Rooms Cisco video conferencing units and Crestron control systems. This role focuses on day-to-day troubleshooting maintenance and optimization of AV setups to ensure smooth high-quality meetings and collaboration.

This role focuses on day-to-day troubleshooting maintenance and optimization of AV setups to ensure smooth high-quality meetings and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for conference room technology including Microsoft Teams Rooms Cisco VC systems and Crestron control panels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform regular maintenance testing and configuration of AV equipment.
- Assist with the setup and operation of meetings events and presentations.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation of room configurations and service activities.
- 2-5 years of experience in enterprise-level AV andIT support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms Cisco VC systems and Crestron devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting executive-level users.
- Familiarity with digital signage audio mixers and AV-over-IP systems.
