Project Manager Pro AV Production & Staging (Remote US Full-Time)
We are currently working with one of the top Pro AV production and staging companies specializing in live events corporate conferences trade shows brand activations and large-scale productions.
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee events from pre-sale through show execution ensuring successful planning logistics equipment coordination and onsite delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event requirements production schedules and logistics plans.
- Coordinate equipment labor sub-rentals and onsite crews.
- Develop staging plans based on client needs venue requirements and budgets.
- Partner with Account Managers and production teams to execute events nationwide and internationally.
- Ensure accurate documentation workflow management and successful show delivery.
- Travel up to 50% for large-scale events.
Requirements:
- 710 years of experience in the Pro AV rental staging or live events industry.
- Strong knowledge of professional audio video lighting LED and AV systems.
- Experience with CAD/design tools (Vectorworks preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
