The Audio Visual (AV) Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise collaboration and meeting space technologies. This role focuses on standard conference rooms Poly video collaboration solutions Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments and enterprise streaming and broadcast support. The AV Engineer delivers high touch support for conference rooms executive meetings and internal events ensuring consistent reliable and high-quality user experience. The role may also provide tech bar coverage and perform basic desktop support tasks as needed to support colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Should have experience on supporting Conference Rooms & Teams Rooms and attend break/fix issues
Should be responsible for maintaining AV standards including associated peripherals
Candidate should have strong knowledge on managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments Poly video conferencing devices and room peripherals
Assist executives for live meeting setup
Candidate should have experience of Streaming Events & Broadcast Support depending on the network scale or coverage
Assist in providing Tech Bar & End-User Support
Should have experience in basic desktop support tasks such as peripheral troubleshooting connectivity issues and collaboration tool assistance
Should have experience in performing routine AV system health checks firmware updates and preventative maintenance upgrades refresh activity & new room deployment
Key Skills
Should focus on maintaining Customer satisfaction scores at industry standards or as per agreed service level
Document room configurations known issues and SOPs
Collaborative with support teams
Vendor management or OEM support coordination
