Automotive Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warranty Administrator to manage and processmanufacturer warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency. This role is critical in ensuringcompliance with factory policies and maximizing reimbursement. Youll collaborate closely withservice advisors technicians and manufacturer representatives to ensure warranty submissions are processed quickly and correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Review prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer in accordance with

  • dealership and factory guidelines

  • Track warranty claim status and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims

  • Ensure compliance with all manufacturer policies and documentation requirements

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all warranty submissions

  • Communicate with service and parts departments to verify work performed and parts used

  • Reconcile warranty payments and process adjustments as needed

  • Coordinate with manufacturer representatives during warranty audits

  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting within the service department

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience as a warranty administrator or service department role required

  • Ford warranty experience strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and warranty software

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital records management

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
