Automotive Vehicle Inventory Assistant

• Use CDK to post stock in and manage new and used vehicle inventory
• Perform accounting-related data entry and ensure accurate inventory postings
• Maintain and update vehicle records with a high level of accuracy
• Complete repetitive data entry tasks with consistency and attention to detail
• Communicate with sales and accounting teams to ensure proper inventory flow and documentation

• Prior experience with CDK is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced process-driven office environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
